    Sturry Road in Canterbury, notorious for traffic hold ups, is being re modelled. But in contrast to the A28 Chart Road scheme they are making a new lane for buses and cyclists. Isn’t it about time Ashford started to plan to get people out of their cars and encourage cycling and use of public transport?

    Queues crawling through Ashford on Wednesday afternoon as closure on M20 continues.

    Following the closure of the M20 yesterday evening near J9 London bound, the carriageway remained closed this morning for police investigation into a fatality that occured on Tuesday evening, causing long delays along Hythe Road as drivers tried to get around the closure.
